CANCELLATION POLICY: To continue providing the best possible scheduling options to guests, I ask for 48 hours notice should you need to cancel or reschedule your visit. Should you cancel or reschedule your appointment with less than 48 hours notice, a fee of 100% per hour session booked, cancellation fee does apply. An invoice for the fee will be promptly issued to you via email &/or text. It is essential that the invoice is settled in full within two business days. Please note that failure to make the payment in a timely manner will result in the inability to schedule future sessions.

NO SHOW POLICY: Same day cancellations are considered a “no show” (failure to show) and will be subject to a 100% cancellation charge. should you NEED AN ADJUSTMENT
SESSION ADJUSTMENT POLICY: I strive to offer the guests that sit in my chair the highest level of satisfaction. If you are having challenges with your cut or color, please let me know within 7 days of your visit and I will be happy to correct the issue at no additional charge within 14 days of the original session date. Please note that I do not offer complimentary sessions as a result of a change of mind or direction with any hair services. ALL SESSIONS/SALES ARE FINAL.
